Reservation Policies

Guarantee policy:
A credit card is required in order to guarantee reservation.

Cancellation policy:
Must cancel within 24 hours prior to arrival date, in order to avoid fee charges.

No show policy:
If No Show occurs, a one night stay fee will be charged.

Extra person fee:
Extra person fees apply. See cost at the moment of checking availability. 

Children policy:
Up to 11 years old minors are considered children. 12 years old and older will be charged as adults; 2 children under 12 can share the room with 2 adults.

Pets policy:
Sorry, pets are not allowed.

Overbooking policy:
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from Internet Power, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.
